Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Maintenance Engineer Semarang TerbaruWe are currently searching for a qualified and reliable maintenance engineer. You will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and operations of our plant facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of maintenance machinery and equipment, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Confidence and friendly manner and ability to communicate well with peers and subordinates. Dedicated to high quality of work and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Maintenance activity, mechanical, electrical, machinery and spare part turnover.
- Supervising and leading all maintenance processes.
- Maintaining all machinery and utilities to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
- Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Oversees and supervises the quality of work of the team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
- Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
- Conduct negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure a fair bargain for spare parts and services also evaluate their performances.
- Develop continues improvement that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a chemical environment with process experience.
- Effective team building skills with an effective operating style
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong safety orientation.
- Strategic agility with foresight and the ability to create alternate plans.
- Effective team building skills.
- Understanding ITPM, Asset Integrity and ISO system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other similar software.
- Understanding SAP, PLC & HMI a plus.
- Willing to be assigned to Ungaran, Central Java.
