Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Supervisor to oversee and ensure the accuracy of all financial, accounting, and tax activities within our company. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations, particularly those relevant to the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow management processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Prepare periodic financial reports as required by the company.
Accounting:
- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Perform monthly and yearly closing processes and reconciliation of all accounts.
- Prepare financial statements for external and internal audits.
Tax:
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, and other taxes).
- Manage tax reconciliation with financial statements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations.
- Handle correspondence and resolve issues with tax authorities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting (with a Bachelor's degree also in Accounting).
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role and level in finance, accounting, and tax, preferably in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Hold Brevet A and B certifications (Brevet C is a plus).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, Indonesian tax regulations, and tax audit processes.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or similar) and tax applications (e-SPT, e-Faktur).
- Strong analytical skills in finance and taxation.
- Possess leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) is preferred.
