Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja ADMIN EXECUTIVE Labuan Bajo Terbaru
- Assist in the daily operations of the dive center including course schedule, dive trip planning, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Work closely with instructors, dive guides, boat crews.
- Manage the handbook of sales and expenses and report to accounting team at head office in Bali.
- Process all steps to prepare before, during and after the daily trips.
- Coordinate with supplies and partners regarding the daily operations.
- Reply to guest requirements, complaints.
- Assist MKT team in making contents if needed.
- Process and attend formal events/ meetings if needed.
- Coordinate and motivate a team of dive instructors, dive guides and support staff.
- Proven experience in the dive industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for marine conservation and promoting sustainable diving practices.
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
