The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Specialist to focus on the development of video-based training materials for our generative AI cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will create engaging, easy-to-understand video tutorials and walkthroughs tailored to the specific needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and flexible with working hours to accommodate global teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize training materials to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and effective training content.
- Create content that simplifies complex technical concepts, making them accessible and actionable for clients.
- Update and revise content regularly to align with product updates and new features.
- Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and gather feedback on content effectiveness.
- Work flexible hours to meet project deadlines and collaborate with international teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly.
- Experience in creating instructional content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with working flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, customized training materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or AI-related concepts is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems or performing training also a plus but not required.
