Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Senior Accounting Badung TerbaruResponsibilities
- Accurately record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Manage vendor invoices and payments, process customer payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within the budget and report any discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including timesheets and attendance records.
- Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
- Input financial data into accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
