Position overviewallnex is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team player as a Supply Chain Intern, based in Surabaya, Indonesia to support our Supply Chain operations. This role focuses on preparing, managing, and coordinating shipment and delivery documents to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage supply chain and logistics documents to ensure timely processing.
- Handle documentation for:
- Local deliveries
- Plant-to-plant transfers (STO)
- Samples and export shipments
- Coordinate document approval and obtain signatures from authorized personnel.
- Send shipment documents via courier and track delivery status.
- Maintain and archive completed documents in an organized system.
- Share picking lists with the warehouse team to support accurate order fulfillment.
- Print and manage shipment labels and delivery notes.
- Send delivery notes to internal and external partners (e.g. Inocrea / Vertis)
- Support ad-hoc supply chain or logistics tasks when needed.
Required skills and experience
- Basic knowledge of documentation and administrative processes.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
Qualifications
- Senior High School, Diploma, or University College background preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or admin/logistics experience is an added advantage.
