We are looking forward to Channel Sales Manager in ’s electrical business, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This exciting role is part of a fast paced, and sales orientated team in a large multi-national company.
The primary function of the job is to manage all sales efforts within the country, either direct or through partners, and achieve annual sales and growth targets.
Your essential responsibilities:Achieve sales revenue target in the assigned country which includes power quality (e.g. UPS) or power distribution (e.g. ACB, MCCB, switchboard) business
Develop & Build strong relationship with stake holder, EPC & Consultant etc, Low Voltage witchboard panel builder, UPS system integrator, distributor
Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
Work with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
Leverage all other EATON team members and CE- firms to surround the customer and increase EATON’s share of wallet in the “Named Account”
Mobilise EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers
Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers’ organization
Comply with bid review process
Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
Perform all job functions with adherence to ’s Philosophy and Values.
Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for business
If you are:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
10+ years of sales experience
5+ years sales experience in channel management
Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
Knowledge of electrical low, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design.
Product knowledge in Power quality, IT equipment e.g. UPS,
Experience with specific segment, e.g. Panel builder, UPS system integrator etc.
