DESIGNATION : Senior IT Infrastructure Server Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Infrastructure configuration and support related to all ALTO products and services
- Maintain reliability of all ALTO Products and services on the IT Infrastructure system and Server Side
- Help IT Infra Infra Server Lead/IT Infrastructure and Network Manager to provide Infrastucture System and Server to support on the ALTO Product and services development
- Provide System and Server Infrastructure Sizing and Design on the Product Design Phase
- Provision Infrastructure (Server/System/Kubernetes) based on point number 1 and provide support until the production phase
- Supporting other division activity when needed based on service requests
- Perform configuration configuration changes needed as per business requirement
- Provisioning and supporting end user working tools (Workstation, Email, etc)
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with All internal IT Infrastructure team (Network, Server, DBA, Sysapps,IT Automation)
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other divisions especially key collaboration division (Product, PMO, App Support, Development)
- Risk/Findings audit and Vulnerability Assessment to be Remediate
- Ensure communication to any internal/external stakeholder, when there are any activity related to network team scope of work that are relate and impact to customer products and services
- Perform all configuration changes via ALTO's PAM
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure, System Server and Storage, Cloud Infrastructure or similar position at least 3 years' experience
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
- Having infrastructure certification like GCP/AWS solution architech or VMWare VCP-DCV will be advantance
- Having operating system certification like MCSA/MCSE/RHCE will be advantance\
- Having hands on experience and knowledge on the infrastructure as a code practice (Terraform and ansible) will be preferable
- ITIL Certified will be advantage

- TCP/IP Fundamental Virtualization Cloud Infrastructure (GCP dan AWS)
- Kubernetes
- System Infrastructure as a code Server System (x86 and FT Server)

- Back up system Other Infrastructure System (DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, SFTP, etc)
