Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Assistant Learning Development Manager Gianyar Terbaru
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing and managing Learning & Development budgets, creating comprehensive annual training plans, and designing engaging training modules aligned with brand identity, service culture, and SOPs.
- Solid experience in hotel pre-opening projects, particularly in properties with diverse facilities such as guest rooms, restaurants, and others; including setting up training frameworks, preparing operational readiness, and leading large-scale team onboarding.
- Demonstrated success in creating, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs for both front-of-house and back-of-house departments.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences at all levels.
- Highly organized with excellent administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in leveraging e-learning platforms for blended learning approaches.
- Creative, adaptable, and energetic, with the ability to customize training delivery to accommodate various learning styles and operational needs.
- Approachable, supportive, and an exemplary role model in professional standards, grooming, work ethic, and communication.
