Experience in F&B or E-commerce: Previous experience in food and beverage or e-commerce industries, especially in a role that involved business development or partnerships. 2. Track Record in Sales or Business Development: A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales or business development role. 3. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing acquisition strategies that have successfully grown a platform's merchant base. 4. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate issues in the acquisition process and proactively develop solutions. 5. Adaptability: Experience in adapting to rapidly changing market conditions and business needs to ensure continual acquisition of valuable merchants. Additional Attributes 1. Tenacity and Drive: Showing persistence and resilience in the face of obstacles while maintaining the drive to achieve acquisition goals. 2. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability in breaking down complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
