Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Junior Agronomyst Makassar TerbaruJunior Agronomyst provides agronomy advices and facilitate expert calls with country level Agronomy Manager and develop content for agronomy training. He/She is also responsible to gather insights from the field and share the learning to country level agronomy team to be implemented company wide.
Overall
- Develop Agronomy training content and training modules for Jiva Lead and MCs.
- Liaise with training executives to support them in conducting training programs for area managers and Jiva leads
- Work with the Area manager and the customer service team to capture agronomy related learnings and send feedback to central team
- Conduct field visits to specific villages based on the direction of Operations team and customer service team
- Participate in monthly agronomy meeting to share learnings with country and global agronomy team
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makassar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Junior Agronomyst: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)

Willingness to travel:
