Menegement Trainee – Planning and Productivity ManagementJob description:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to determine productivity and cost efficiency within all Impack Group plant operations.
- Monitor all transactions related to projects, building maintenance, machinery, and spare parts.
- Calculate product costs and assess return on investment for all new product development and planning initiatives.
- Review and revise project CAD designs as needed
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields,
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture,
- Preferably have a knowledge in:
- Production process;
- Polymer material;
- Accounting; and
- Project management.
- Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Have an experience with CAD would be advantage.
