Your Role
To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through coordinating a specific team of contract logistics specialists.Your Responsibilities
- To assess workloads within the allocated team + allocate resources adequately on a daily basis.
- To complete duties relating to warehousing activities + attend to direct reports' HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc.
- To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) + ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.
- To ensure that all company equipment + assets are handled + operated in a responsible manner at all times.
- To ensure that all team members are compliant with all health + safety policies/processes at all times.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Experience working in logistics company & warehouse operation
- Experience handling team
- Proficient in communication, analysis and administrative task
