The Guest Relation Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for guests by providing exceptional service and maintaining communication. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage guest interactions, address concerns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and poise.Duties
- Manage guest communications via WhatsApp, Airbnb, and other booking platforms
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with on-site villa staff
- Assist guests with recommendations, bookings (tours, transport, dining, etc.)
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Update guest records and maintain communication logs
- Support daily villa operations remotely by liaising with field teams
Requirements
- Based in Bali and familiar with Bali’s villa areas (Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge work preferred
- Tech-savvy: able to use WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and booking platforms
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when needed
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
