As a Branch Manager (Yamaha), you will be responsible for managing overall branch operations and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 education in any major.
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, preferably two-wheeled vehicles.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and business planning capabilities.
- Willing to be placed at all Yamaha Thamrin branches.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall branch operations, including sales, service, and administrative functions.
- Develop and execute branch strategies to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch teams to enhance performance, discipline, and service quality.
- Monitor branch performance through regular analysis of sales data, operational reports, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations.
