Responsibilities:
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration. Coordination with internal parties regarding human capital administration matters.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, schedules and attendance records.
- Managing BPJS Kesehatan administration Assist The Onboarding process.
- Assist in the distribution of staff performance reviews regularly.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel Sufficient
- Eager to learn new things
- Bachelor’s degree any major or equivalent highly preferred
- Able to speak english & tech savvy
- Willing to based in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
