Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and prioritize tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
Arrange appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Create agendas, documents, and presentations; take minutes and follow up.
Maintain accurate and accessible files and records.
Plan itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Assist in various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Complete assigned projects efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferredpreferred. Fresh graduates welcome.
Previous administrative experience or internship is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Adaptability to changing priorities.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration.
