Perfect — we’re looking for a rockstar Regional Staff to join our Representative Office in Papua and help keep things running like clockwork.
In this role, you’ll support the Head of Office by handling day-to-day administration, finance, and operations, while also making sure our data and information stay sharp, relevant, and up to date.
Minimum Qualifications: What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Administration (preferred) or Diploma in any major (Administration preferred).
Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
Specific Requirements:
- Good administrative skills, detail-oriented, assertive, and communicative.
- Experience in office management, filing systems, and administration will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in writing and reporting skills.
- Ability to design basic promotional materials for social media will be an advantage.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Willing to be located in Jayapura, Papua
General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage
