Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Retail Operations Manager Badung TerbaruWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee daily operations for our retail store. The ROM manages the employees in the stores and ensures that customer service and operational standards are met. The Retail Operations Manager ROM will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff in every store to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff
- Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate administration
- Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed
- Routine visit schedule for all stores
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent working experience, in Business Administration,
- Retail Management or related field
- Preferred experience in retail management
- Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work effectively in a young company and growing

Pay: From Rp800,000,000 per month
