Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sales Executive Surabaya Surabaya TerbaruWe are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in East Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our sales network to baby shops within the Surabaya baby shop channel.
Job Description:
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets in the baby shop channel within the assigned area (East Java).
- Actively identify and explore new sales opportunities within the baby shop market.
- Research and approach potential clients to expand the customer base, ensuring growth and long-term sustainability within the channel.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including baby shop owners and key decision-makers.
- Continuously seek ways to grow the market share by introducing new products, services, or solutions to baby shops.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance, and client feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and sales growth through repeat orders and product upselling.
- Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with baby shop owners to close deals.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of client needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in General Trade or Wholesale.
- Experience in selling mom and baby products is preferred
- Experience in selling products to baby shops or other products such as cosmetics, FMCG, or retail is a plus.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with baby shop owners
- Target-oriented and diligent in achieving sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for sales reports and data management.
- Domicile and able to be placed in Surabaya area.
