Description
Requirement
1. Work at Weda Bay (3 months)
- Free meals & accommodation
- Salary: 9 juta/month
- Working days: Monday-Friday
- Working hours: 8:00-11:30; 13:30-17:30
2.Training in China：
- Training Content: Professional skills training, hands-on practical training
- On-site company internship training
- Salary: S1: 150,000 IDR/day; S2: 200,000 IDR/day
- Accident insurance covered
- Holiday Arrangements: Follows Chinese national holidays
- Accommodation and Meals (1 Juta/month for meal)
- Working hours: 8:00-11:30; 13:30-17:30
- Free Mandarin course provided
3. Returning to Indonesia：
- Position:Design&Technical/Project Management
- Working hours: 8 hours per day
- Salary: 9-15 Jt/month (before tax)
- Benefits: BPJS, team-building activities, free meals and accommodation provided on project sites
4 .Application Requirements：
(1) Required Majors: Energy, Chemical Engineering, Engineering
(2) Language Requirements: Fluent in English
5.Future Career Progression:
a. Design & Technical: Assistant Engineer Engineer Design Manager Professional Lead Chief Engineer
b. Project Management: Project Assistant Engineer (specialized) Specialized Engineer Construction Manager Project Manager Project Director
