Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja QC Section Head Dumai TerbaruJob Description Summary : Assisting the manager in coordinating, managing and ensuring that incoming raw materials, work in process and final products are maintained and in accordance with applicable specifications. Job Description :
Job Requirement :
- Maintain and ensure that all activities in the Quality Control section are carried out correctly and accurately in accordance with Working Instruction and SOP
- Responsible for the smooth process of receiving raw materials and analyzing the production process
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance to update the analysis equipment method according to technological developments
- Report monthly analysis results as a basis/discussion material for preventive and corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance regarding improvement plans for the results of ring tests and proficiency tests, both internal, external, and from National Quality Management
- Collaborate with the logistics and trading sections regarding improvement plans for non-conformity of material quality with predetermined standards
- Collaborate with the process section for improvement plans regarding non-conformity of product quality with predetermined standards
- Responsible for the operating conditions of equipment and instruments in the laboratory
- Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction in the Quality Control section
- Responsible for implementing ring tests and proficiency test internal, external and national quality management
- Controlling the implementation of administrative aspects and recording reports carried out by subordinates
- Creating and maintaining good and harmonious relationships and communication with related sections that are still related to work activities
- Creating and arranging subordinate work schedules and adjusting them to production plans by considering applicable regulations
- Carrying out other tasks related to work that has been instructed by his superiors
- Implementing Safety Regulations in accordance with applicable policies
- Reporting problems that occur, related to the Food/Feed Safety Management System (if available) to the Food/Feed Safety Coordinator

- Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Having min 5 years of working experience as QC Section Head at Refinery Palm Oil
- Good in leadership and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be located in Lubuk Gaung (Dumai) Refinery
