About the role
The Accountant Plant will be responsible for daily operational of Plant Finance & Administration.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for Plant Finance & Administration function at Thiess, especially function at Balikpapan Support facility and Sites Project. This includes JDE System, Plant Administration, Plant Movement, Site Plant Operational, Plant Costing and Reporting.
- Process Plant Equipment documentation records and management unit file system
- Manage invoice records and distribution to other department
- Lease documentation administration
- Manage Plant JDE System processing such as Disposal, Capitalisation, Time Entries, Journal and Accrual, Asset Master, and Lease Master update for Thiess Centre
- Prepare GL Reconciliation
- Prepare Plant Monthly reporting for Financial Reporting purpose
- Perform cost control for Plant Overhead, maintain and manage account schedules
- Make Summary of Machine, Performance & Cost Report All Sites
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accountin with minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Has experience in Finance & Accounting System
- Good analytical capabilities
- Good understanding JDE Oracle system
- Have initiative in completion of tasks
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Advance user Microsoft office
- Understand Plant Accounting
- Good English communication skill
