- Oversee and manage all facets of the litigation collection process, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of outstanding debts to evaluate their suitability for litigation.
- Draft legal documents and collaborate with legal counsel to initiate litigation proceedings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners to effectively implement collection strategies.
- Negotiate settlement agreements with debtors in a manner that optimizes recovery while mitigating legal risks.
- Monitor and track the progress of litigation cases, providing outcome reports to management.
- Consistently assess the efficacy of litigation strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve improved results.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all litigation activities and maintain data integrity within case management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum 2 years of experience in legal collections or litigation management.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing debt recovery and litigation procedures.
- Proven negotiation and dispute mediation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to assess legal cases and develop actionable strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
