Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in IT support or similar roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support and resolve user technical issues.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Monitor network performance and ICT security.
Document incidents and maintenance activities.
Support system upgrades and data backup processes.
