- Actively follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, chats, and face-to-face meetings based on the provided database.
- Provide clear and informative consultations regarding the company's products and services in the futures trading industry.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, needs, and complaints while providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve client acquisition targets.
- Present product information, transaction mechanisms, and the company's service advantages in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic and target-oriented environment.
- Fast learner, proactive, and highly communicative.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
- Willing to work with performance targets and flexible working hours when required.
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Telesales Representative, Relationship Officer, or similar role will be an advantage.
