We are looking for a Wellness Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be involved in our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behavioural science, data science, and digital design.
Who we're looking for
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Psi)
- Possesses a valid and active SIPP and STR, and is willing to obtain SIPPK
- Additional certification or training in psychotherapy will be an advantage
AND
- Have at least 3 years of experience in counselling;
- Willing to work in a shift schedule to cover 24/7 onsite counselling service
What you'll be doing
- Assessing clients through detailed conversations, exploration, and observations to determine appropriate interventions.
- Assisting clients in developing effective coping strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Creating and implementing wellness activity programs for clients and/or group of clients.
- Collaborating and working effectively with the team.
- Working within a structured shift schedule to support 24/7 service at the client’s office in Semarang.
