Salary Range: Competitive base salary + Bonus Scheme + Excellent benefits
Location: Malang, Indonesia
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Set and implement Sustainability programs as per global and local standards.
- Fulfill EHS Roadmap, FSSST, PROPER, BATEPEN, and MSDS requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the EHS Pillar/DMS.
- Collect EHS data and input into systems like CR360, EIR, and regional systems.
- Lead EHS projects and ensure targets are met.
- Manage BAT Policy and Safety Audits.
- Deliver EHS training and manage EHS communication campaigns.
- Lead a team of 6-8 people and manage stakeholder relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:What we offer you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Environmental Reporting, Sustainability, and Safety Requirements.
- Understanding of Incident Elimination, Emergency Response, and BCP.
- Experience with EHS Roadmap, FSSST, PROPER, BATEPEN, and MSDS requirements.
- Proficiency in EHS data collection and input systems (CR360, EIR, etc.).
- Ability to lead EHS projects and achieve targets.
- Experience in delivering EHS training and managing EHS communication campaigns.
- Familiarity with AWS audit, IWS WOW, and BAT Audit – Control Navigator and GRCC.
