Sparks Sports Academy is where kids learn sports in a fun, creative, and energetic way. With our growing network of branches, we're looking for a Videographer who's ready to capture Sparks kids' special moments and turn them into inspiring and engaging visuals. You'll play a key role in bringing the Sparks experience to life through storytelling that's full of energy, creativity, and authenticity.
Job Description
Confident in using both camera and smartphone for high-quality video documentation, indoors and outdoors.
Capture authentic, energetic moments during classes, events, and promo shoots.
Set up lighting, angles, and composition for the best visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the content & marketing team to ensure all footage aligns with brand direction and tone.
Manage video equipment and ensure readiness before every shoot.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with positive energy and creativity.
Job Requirements
Expert in camera operation (mirrorless/DSLR, gimbal stabilizer, and various lenses) and diverse shooting techniques.
Skilled in framing, composition, and lighting setup.
Creative and detail-oriented, especially when working with kids & family content.
Familiar with social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Able to follow direction while contributing fresh, creative ideas.
Minimum 2 years of experience in videography.
Ability to swim is a plus point!
