Job Description
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and business objectives
- Manage the material requirements planning (MRP) process, including inventory management and procurement coordination
- Analyze production capacity, resource constraints, and material availability to create feasible and optimized production plans
- Identify and resolve production planning and scheduling issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Continuously monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Supply Chain Manager on production planning, scheduling, and optimization
- Collaborate with production, inventory, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related
- Certified of CPIM (Certified of Planning and Inventory Management) or CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) or equal
- Experiences 3 years at Supply Chain and planning
- Fluent in English
- Experience Microsoft excel (Minimal Intermediate) and ERP System
- Interpersonal skill and well communicate with internal dan external
- Self-initiative, Problem solver, and result driven
- Strong leadership and manage team effectively
- Well communication skill
