Job Description & Key Responsibilities:This position main role reports and is to support Operations Coordinator in the day-to-day role related to:
Logistics Management:
- Assist Operations Coordinator with inventory tracking, data entry, and documentation for warehouse and distribution activities.
- Assist Operations Coordinator with regular stock counts and audits under supervision to ensure accuracy.
- Support Operations Coordinator monitoring of warehouse partner performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data.
- Support in administrative and documentation in relation to logistics management and regular reports to supervisor: daily, weekly, monthly.
Product Service & Delivery:
- Support Operations Coordinator in team training activity, conducting reviews for retail staff and preparation of SOP material.
- Support in administrative and documentation in relation to product compliance and service standards and regular reports to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Fresh graduates are required; prior full-time work experience is not necessary.
- Previous internship experience in a similar field will be considered a strong advantage.
- Willing to work full-time in an office-based (Work From Office) - Jakarta Selatan Area.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about beauty products and retail.
- Internship duration: 3 months.
