Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Infrastructure Administrator Semarang Terbaru1. Infrastructure maintenance management
2. Project coordination and execution
- Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure such as factory buildings, equipment, power systems, water supply systems, and drainage systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure facilities meet safety standards and environmental requirements.
3. Safety Management and Compliance
- Assist in the planning, construction supervision and acceptance of new infrastructure projects to ensure that the construction period, cost and quality meet standards.
- Manage external contractors (such as construction companies, equipment suppliers), review construction plans and compliance documents.
4. Data record and budget control
- Ensure that all infrastructure activities comply with local Indonesian regulations (such as Building Safety Law, Environmental Protection Law) and company safety policies (such as K3 standards).
- Organize safety training regularly, check for safety hazards and submit rectification reports.
- Maintenance equipment maintenance records, maintenance ledgers and spare parts inventory list.
- Assist in preparing annual infrastructure budgets and controlling maintenance and procurement costs.

2. Professional skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related majors.
- Language: fluent in English, can be used as a working language.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and management in manufacturing, industrial parks or large facilities.
3. Priority conditions
- Familiar with the operation and maintenance management of factory infrastructure (such as HVAC systems, sewage treatment systems, and power distribution systems).
- Master AutoCAD, project management software (such as MS Project) and office software (Excel data analysis).
- Understand Indonesia's building regulations (SNI standards), environmental regulations and occupational health and safety (K3) requirements.
4. Core qualities
- Hold an Indonesian K3 Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum) or a project management certification (such as PMP).
- Have a working background in a foreign-funded enterprise or multinational company.
- Familiar with ISO 9001/14001 and other management systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and able to independently deal with sudden equipment failures.
- Have team spirit and good at cross-departmental communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility and adapt to flexible work arrangements (need to deal with emergency tasks occasionally).
