We, at BRITON English Education, are looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Consultant to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to help prospective students choose the right educational programs while contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations to prospective students and their families regarding educational programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to promote our educational services.
- Collaborate with team to reach monthly sales targets.
- Participate in events and educational fairs to represent the company and attract new students.
- Manage inquiries, follow-up calls, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with educational systems and institutions will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
