- Provide General Information and Quick Response/Answer to The Customer for : Logistic inquiries & Technical inquiries
- Customer Complaint Management
- Handle special case due to Faulty product / Quality info
- Reporting
- Additional jobs based on the needs for improving customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- QSHE
- Bachelor Degree: Electrical Engineering
- Open for Fresh Graduate
- Specific Requirement: Agile, digitize, willing to learn, excited for any challenge, good attitude, able to maintain a good relations with the customer
