Job Description
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Guide, mentor, and empower team members to maximize daily engagement and productivity while fostering a good performing, inclusive growth culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead the acquisition function to identify market opportunities, plan tactical outreach, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and partners.
- Direct account management efforts to cultivate long-term client relationships, optimize customer satisfaction, and unlock the value of existing accounts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, particularly Marketing, to align on promotional strategies and coordinate the deployment of marketing assets.
- Track daily pipelines and team metrics to deliver clear, data-driven progress updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, including demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in data management and analysis to guide strategic decisions and build clear reports.
- English communication skills for professional business interactions.
- Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial acquisition through client retention.
- Skill for presentation, and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.
- Experience supporting, motivating, and collaborating with a diverse team.
