We, The Eagle Travel Agency, a dynamic and growth oriented organisation with a young team, are urgently looking for a professional to fill a full time on-site position of Personal Assistant and Sales.
Job Description
- Assist the Director in handling customer's enquiries on flight tickets
- Communicate with international customers online and offline that leads to sales
- Attend to walk-in enquiries
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
- Knowledge of company's products and services
- Perform other administrative tasks
- This is a full time on-site position
Qualifications
- Min. 1 year working experience
- Min. a diploma or degree holder
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate with international walk-in customers that leads to sales
- Experience in handling flight booking enquiries is a plus
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work hard and learn new skills
- Open for female applicants only
- Only those who LIVE IN BALI should apply
- Able to start work immediately within 1 week after the interview
