Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja FINANCE ACCOUNTING AND TAX Jakarta TerbaruJob Description:
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasting;
- Managing records and receipts;
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions;
- Preparing balance sheets;
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required;
- Bookkeeping;
- Preparing monthly Finance Report and Tax Report;
- Other task assigned by the leader
Job Requirements:
- min. Final Semester / Fresh Graduate Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Tax or equivalent;
- Experience working in Logistics/Manufacturing companies
- Having MS Office skill
- Honest and Detailed oriented;
- Understand Basic Accounting and Tax;
- Fluent in English, Mandarin preferable;
- Communicative, honest, conscientious, disciplined and hardworking
- Able to work with tight deadlines;
- Good communication, highly motivated, disciplined, eager to learn and fast learner, able to work individually or in a team;
- Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
- High attention to detail and sensitive with numbers;
- Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously;
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus, Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills; strong problem-solving skills;
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other tasks by the leader
