- Minimum Diploma 1 (D1) in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor or higher, with proven leadership and operational responsibilities
- Teaching or training experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality training programs is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Proficient in digital technology and learning tools
