Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Senior QA Technician Jakarta TerbaruWe are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Senior QA Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all remote technicians are punctual with proper attire to maintain a professional appearance during job assignments
- Conduct quality checks remotely by leveraging mobile video calls
- Troubleshoot issues encountered during remote site operations
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing the QA activities performed for management review
- Identify training needs for remote technicians
- Conduct training and refresher sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the full fleet management product offering
- Familiarize yourself with the technology stack to effectively support remote operations
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational course, Diploma in Automotive, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience/Knowledge of Electronics and Automotive aftermarket product installations (Telematics/Sound Systems/Immobilizer etc.)
- Experience/Knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical repair of Automobiles and/or Heavy vehicles; (Electrical wiring repair, Faulty Finding and Mechanical Repair etc.)
