Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Engineering Manager Kupang Terbaru
- Willing to be placed in Southwest Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to staff, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities, equipment, and systems, identify any issues or areas for improvement and report effectively to senior management.
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment are in compliance with any local applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for the engineering department, including capital expenditures, equipment purchases, and maintenance costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the engineering department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of engineering operations and any issues or concerns that arise.
- Train, and mentor engineering staff, ensuring that all staff members have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
