We are looking for a Manager Supply Planning who will be based in Surabaya.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Plan and execute enterprise resource planning for finished goods, semi finished goods, direct input materials, short- and long-term capacity, components replenishment and sub-assemblies.
- Undertake demand-supply reconciliation through short term scheduling, mid- and long-term planning and resolve upstream and downstream risk from demand, production or material availability.
- Analyze current, historical and projected volumes to determine requirements and ensure timely availability of resources for seamless and efficient production process.
- Monitor and approve production plan, material requisition and purchase plan at external vendors, OEM or third-party manufactures.
Sourcing and footprint planning.- Address capacity issues and production levelling.
- Forecast materials, builds/validates forecast models and manage Supplier Relationship Management.
- Manage finished goods and raw material inventory to ensure optimal cost and cash.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply planning
- Experience in people management, project management and cross-functional team managementpeople communication and project teams is a plus
- Good and effective written and verbal communication skills
