Inventory Controller is responsible for the oversight of the inbound/outbound, liquid/solid
shipments of Barry Callebaut Bandung facility. This position will be responsible for improving site profitability, maintaining accurate inventory records and proactively follow up inventory healthiness (Aging Stock and Block Stock depletion) and will provide guidance and support in all areas of logistics and inventory management.
About the job
- Maintain inventory accuracy of finished products, raw materials, Waste Non-Food and Packaging Materials in all FG warehouses.
- Provide weekly warehouse stock report to ensure warehouse stock updated regularly.
- Report and explain daily occupancy positions and stock turn-over.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve any daily transaction abnormality.
- Report, review and escalate for depletion plan of any aging stock and block stock status.
- Supervisory admin team and allocator team activities.
- Responsible to ensure Weighbridge operations running smoothly.
- Problem solving all order, process order issues for the FG warehouse team related with SAP WM/IM transaction.
- Main contact to follow up any ticket raised in order to resolve SAP WM/IM issue.
- Follow up on software, network and hardware issue
- Conduct coaching and counseling to the team as people development activities.
- Drafting and propose any procedure related with the area to be formalized, socialized and implemented by the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Meets/exceeds requirements for food and employee safety.
About you
- At least possess Diploma in logistic management, informatics engineering, or similar
- 3 years’ experience in the same field
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia & English, written & spoken
- Willing to travel to the external warehouse outside Bandung region if any.
- Will be based in Bandung
- Understand supply chain & production flow process
- Strong administration and logistic knowledge
- Has a systematical way of thinking
- Familiar with Ms. Office (advance in Ms. Excel) and ERP such Oracle, Polomas, WMS, SAP, etc
- Deep understanding on Weighbridge operations.
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Understand GMP, safety, food safety, halal requirements, quality standards and procedures
