Your Role: Client Onboarding Specialist - Joglosemar

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Plan training programs according to training objectives and participant needs.
  • Design training materials, develop training plans, and determine appropriate teaching methods.
  • Deliver training material clearly and effectively.
  • Facilitate discussions, exercises and practical activities in accordance with the training material.
  • Ensure active participation of participants in training sessions.
  • Measuring participants' understanding of the training material.
  • Use evaluation methods such as exams, case studies, or assignments to measure participant progress.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to participants.
  • Adapt training according to the level of understanding and needs of individual or group participants.
  • Respond to participants' questions and needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update training materials in accordance with the latest developments in the relevant field.
  • Ensure training materials are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Assess the overall effectiveness of the training program.
  • Monitor and measure whether training objectives are achieved and whether any improvements need to be made.
  • Have strong communication skills to convey material clearly and effectively.
  • Create a training environment that supports participant learning and participation.
  • Continue to develop skills and knowledge in the field of training.
  • Undertake additional training, obtain certifications as necessary, and stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in training.
  • Build positive relationships with trainees and provide support in their skills development.
  • Encourage participants to apply the knowledge gained in the context of their work.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of training or training, having worked on a property portal is preferred.
  • Having knowledge of e-commerce processes, experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Have strong data analysis skills and can process large and complex data well.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and can work together in a team.
  • Meticulous, thorough and familiar with tasks that require attention to detail and precision.
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian and English.
