Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Regional Office Site IT Jayapura TerbaruJob Description Summary: Responsible for supporting the implementation, rollout, and adoption of new systems/applications at the regional level through device installation, user training, and coordination with the Head Office IT team. Ensures a smooth transition, conducts post-rollout monitoring, provides improvement feedback, and offers technical and remote support as required by the project. Job Description: 1. Support for Digital Upstream Projects and Rollouts
2. Training and Assistance for End Users
- Actively participate in the implementation and rollout of new systems/applications in regional areas, led by the IT department or other departments (e.g., OPTRA, E&M, Transportation, PMNP, etc.)
- Install necessary hardware and software to support project execution
- Serve as a communication liaison between the Head Office IT team and local users to ensure smooth system adoption
3. Post-Rollout Monitoring and Evaluation
- Provide initial training to end users and the REGMIS team on new applications, systems, or devices
- Assist users during the transition to the new system, including basic troubleshooting support
4. Support for Business Unit (BU) Process Champions
- Monitor the effectiveness of system/application usage after implementation
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to the Head Office IT team regarding field issues and areas needing improvement
5. Post-Project Support
- Assist BU Process Champions in executing business process changes, especially those involving IT systems
- Provide technical support and training as needed to ensure successful process transformation
Job Requirement :
- Provide remote support (e.g., via Remote Desktop) for new application initiatives after the project phase is completed
- Support duration is adjusted based on the type and complexity of each project

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system implementation, or a similar role
- Proficient in hardware/software installation and basic troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving
- Willing to be placed in all our operational areas (Kalimantan, Sumatera, Papua)
