DESIGNATION : Accounts Payable Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good understanding of accounting standard- Good and structured thinking
- Update and maintain vendor and master data list
- Prepare data entry to ERP system (if needed)
- Honest and an initiative person, able to work
- Good attitude and maintain profesionalism with all
- Update and maintain vendor and master data list
- Prepare data entry to ERP system (if needed)
- Prepare documentation of working instruction for new ERP system
- Sending invoices to customers
- Maintain accounting documentation/ fillings
- Develop and maintain good relationship with external
- Establish and maintain active and constructive
- Complete month end closing by D+4
- Timely and accurately record the payable before
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduate or in last semester
- Accounting background
