Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Electrical Operator Medan TerbaruGeneral Responsibilities : 1. Check the condition of the production, electrical and other supporting machines every day according to the specified schecdule, and report the abnormal condition for immediate repair. 2. Perform preventive maintenance and condition monitoring tasks according to established procedures. 3. Perform change / modification tasks and installation of power tools, fabrication of control panels and others when needed. 4. Check the function and perform simulation of the working process of electric machine / appliance, as well as the function of control circuit, alarm and interlock system and ensure the electrical equipment-equipment operate safely and correctly. 5. Take initiative to do housekeeping to improve safety and better working conditions. 6. Create a daily report on the completed work and write it in the quality record form the machines being done. 7. Responsible for maintained and preserved all work equipment (tools) and cleanliness of the workplace environment. 8. Recording actual usage of electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar) daily so it can be traced to be able to ensure the correct amount of usage 9. Responsible in maintaining and keeping the rules of the company and its obligations can be run with full awareness in line with the rights received by subordinates. 10. Maintain and keep the discipline of work and safety regulation run with full awareness. 11. Carry out other duties in respect of his work as instructed by his superiors. 12. Response to calls to trouble shooting or emergency calls at any time. 13. Coordinate and report to the electrical foreman and officer for any irregularity or damage to equipment requiring immediate treatment. 14. Installation, alteration and repair and addition of installations, control panels and other electrical appliances as agreed with the user and his / her superior. 15. Conduct functional testing and simulation of electrical and instrument equipment, controls, alarms and system interlocks to ensure the accuracy and safety of operators and equipment of equipment in the production process. 16. Maintain cleanliness, neatness, beauty to improve work and hygiene maintenance business in a high standard. 17. Attend training related to the engineering and safety of the entire plant instructed to it and participated in the improvement and development program in its part. 18. Record all activities and developments and status of daily work and provide information to electrical foreman by writing Daily Activities Report. 19. Always willing to respond to emergency calls from the factory after hours or even holidays if required and reporting to the employer. 20. Assist mechanical work if requested and have free time. 21. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP). 22. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the work location.
