Full-time | Remote Setup/Work from Home
Working hours: Singapore hours (9am–6pm)
Salary: SGD 600–900 / month (fixed, based on experience)
About the Role
Trident Digital is looking for one full-time Copywriter & Media Buyer to join our ads team.
This role focuses mainly on copywriting for ads, with some hands-on optimisation and reporting on running campaigns. You’ll be supporting our Ads Manager so they can focus on higher-level strategy, testing, and scaling.
If you enjoy writing ad copy, looking at numbers, and improving performance bit by bit — this role will suit you well.
What You’ll Be Doing
Copywriting (Main Focus)
- Write and refine ad copy for Meta campaigns
- Create variations for headlines, primary text, hooks, and CTAs
- Improve existing ads based on performance data
- Work closely with creatives and strategists to align messaging
Media Buying Support & Optimisation
- Support the setup and maintenance of Meta ads
- Monitor live campaigns and flag issues early
- Assist with basic optimisation (budget shifts, pausing underperforming ads, duplications, etc.)
- Follow existing ad structures, rules, and processes
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular performance updates and reports
- Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, etc.)
- Share observations and simple insights with the Ads Manager
- Help ensure numbers are clear, accurate, and easy to understand
Collaboration
- Communicate closely with the Ads Manager, creatives, and project team
- Evaluate ad creatives and copy drafts before launch
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to ads and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Strong English copywriting skills (especially for ads)
- Basic to intermediate experience with Meta Ads (YouTube is a bonus)
- Comfortable reading and understanding ad metrics
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to follow processes and timelines
- Reliable and proactive in communication
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience writing ads for finance, real estate, or service-based businesses
- Experience optimising live campaigns
- Familiarity with ad reporting dashboards
