It is a 18 months fast-track to managerial position with unprecedented international exposure that is geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you to develop outstanding skills - full understanding of the dynamic of the market you are operating in, and how to work together within business functions to achieve outstanding business results. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Communications, or similar fields, with GPA minimum 3.30 out of 4.00
- Final year student, fresh graduate or a professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, result driven and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent academic record
- Should be able to work at any part of the country.
