Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sales Engineer Balikpapan TerbaruRepresents organization In Area of East Indonesia (Sumbawa) in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.
- Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. To promote and sell John Crane Products in accordance with the company policy, pricing guidelines and regulations.
- To train and educate customers maintenance staff on seal installation, failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- To make inventory of all rotating equipment including its existing installed seals in all customer’s plants/fields/sectors.
- Active involvement in the delivery of goods, invoicing and collections on payment from the customers.
- To provide monthly report activity
- Building good rapport of John Crane in front of customer
- To prepare quotation of John Crane products for customer under account.
- Building good rapport of John Crane in front of customer undefined.
- All Sales Engineers have authorization to give discount under 25% from price list to customers
- Other duties as assigned.
The Individual
Skills and Experience:
- At least minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Previous experience in dealing with AMNT and minerals business is highly desirebale Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment, knowledge of mechanical seals Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English
