We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resources and General Affairs Admin to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations within our company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources and General Affairs Officer will be responsible for managing various aspects of the HR and general affairs functions, with a primary focus on administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as internal memo, letter internal, and letter external
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assisting payroll administration, including attendance recap, overtime recap, in/out employee recap
- Support recruitment efforts, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining job posting platforms
- Assist in ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping HR policies up-to-date.
- Assist in resolving basic HR-related issues or referring them to the HR Manager as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Preparing employee data for BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan register
HR System Management
- Ensure all employee data on HRIS is up to date
- Train employees on how to use the HR system effectively.
General Affairs Management
- Coordinate office logistics, including space allocation, security, and cleaning service.
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail distribution, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and first aid supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other internal activities.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and general affairs roles, preferably in the retail or garment industry.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
